Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work
Parga’s Road Diesel Services provides mobile diesel repair, diagnostics, roadside assistance, and mechanical services. All work is performed based on the customer’s request and vehicle condition at the time of service.

2. Diagnostic Fees

• Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if repairs are declined.

• Diagnosis covers testing and inspection only, not guaranteed repair or resolution of all issues.

• Additional diagnostics may be required if new issues appear.

3. Estimates & Authorization

• Estimates are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.

• Final cost may change if additional problems are found.

• Customer authorization (verbal, text, or written) is required before repairs begin.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.

• Accepted payments: cash, Zelle, Cash App, card, or other approved methods.

• No checks unless approved in advance.

• Unpaid balances may result in additional fees and collection action.

5. Service Call & Travel Fees

• A service call fee applies to all mobile visits.

• Travel charges vary by distance and location.

• Service call and travel fees are non-refundable once dispatched.

6. Parts & Labor

• Customer-supplied parts are installed at customer’s risk and carry no warranty.

• Parga’s Road Diesel Services is not responsible for defective customer-supplied parts.

• Labor warranty applies only to workmanship, not parts failure or unrelated issues.

7. Warranty

• Labor warranty: 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty is void if the vehicle is altered, misused, overloaded, or repaired by another party after service.

8. Roadside & Environmental Conditions

• Work may be performed in unsafe, roadside, or outdoor environments.

• Customer assumes responsibility for vehicle location safety, traffic hazards, weather conditions, and ground conditions.

• Parga’s Road Diesel Services may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

9. No Guarantee of Downtime Prevention

• Due to the nature of diesel and roadside repairs, no guarantee is made that the vehicle will not experience future breakdowns or derates.

10. Towing & Additional Services

• If repairs cannot be completed on-site, towing or shop repair may be required at customer’s expense.

11. Abandoned Vehicles

• Vehicles left without payment arrangements may be considered abandoned and subject to liens or towing per state law.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Parga’s Road Diesel Services is not liable for loss of income, downtime, cargo loss, or indirect damages.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

13. Customer Responsibility

• Customer confirms they are the owner or authorized representative of the vehicle.

• Customer agrees to provide accurate information about vehicle issues and history.

14. Agreement Acceptance
By requesting service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
