Refund Policy

1. Service Fees

All diagnostic fees, trip fees, and labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.

Roadside service requires travel time, fuel, labor, and professional expertise. These costs are incurred regardless of repair outcome.

2. Completed Repairs

Once a repair has been completed and approved by the customer, payments are final and non-refundable.

If an issue arises directly related to the specific repair performed, the customer must contact us within 7 days for evaluation.

3. Parts

  • Electrical parts are non-refundable.

  • Special-order parts are non-refundable.

  • Opened or installed parts are non-refundable.

  • All parts are subject only to manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

Labor associated with warranty replacement is not automatically covered unless stated in writing.

4. Customer-Supplied Parts

Parga’s Road Diesel Service does not provide refunds or warranties for customer-supplied parts.

5. Deposits

Deposits for special-order parts or scheduled services may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies.

6. Service Cancellations

If a service call is canceled after dispatch or technician arrival, a trip fee may still apply.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in collection action and recovery of additional administrative and legal costs.
